Stage 1 - Obtain Your Title

Complete the mortgage questionnaire and send or bring to us with all the required identification.

Complete a valuation survey of the property.

Complete all required searches such as Local Authority Searches. For speed and to reduce your costs, search insurance is often obtained.

Check and sign all paperwork and return to us.

Approve your mortgage application.

Check documentation from your mortgage lender and ensure all conditions can be met.

 

Send details of your approved mortgage to us.

4.

Prepare all documentation for you to sign and send that to you or see you.

 

 

5.

Check redemption figures on your current mortgage

 

 

6.

Confirm completion date.
